1998 Chevrolet Express 3500 LS 5.7L No Comm. to scantool
98 Chevy Box Truck will not start, no communication to scan tool and check engine light gets no bulb check, no spark or fuel, repaired conn. to VCM and replaced comp., however dealer can not program, disconnected Brake mod. but did not restore Comm to scan too...
