Apprx evry 3rd or $th engine start the iac count will go to 150 upon engine crank and idle will be at 1600 rpm. Idle will immediately (5 sec,)come down to correct idle. IAC count apprx 35 to 40. No vacuum leaks. fuel pressure within [...] only variation is IAC...
