1996 Saturn SL2 1.9L Hard start
Saturn SL2 Hard start. This vehicle has very extended cranking to start. Vehicle will start if at 100% throttle angle. So the customer has been holding throttle to the floor every morning to start and complained of black smoke when it starts.
