Hello to Gm people

I caint seam to get this Tk to pass emmission test. Co runs6.5 idle and hc 550.

It wont stay in closed loop more than a few seconds at idle. With my scaner set on codes & data co will drop to.35 hc 500. In road test co 6.0 hc550
