1991 Oldsmobile 98 Regency Elite 3.8L No Communication
The BCM an ABS computer will not communicate with my MT2500 Snap On scanner the BCM will flash out a 12 code when A&B pins are shorted but the ABS will not flash when A&L are shorted. I checked for good ground on pin A and 3.5 to 6volts on M. I am having troub...
