1978 Oldsmobile 98 Regency 6.6L No Start
Syptoms of the car: Will turn over with a whining sound.
The starter has beed replaced. I'm getting spark. I've
observed fuel shooting out of the carburetor when butterfly
is wide-open. The motor acts like it's locking up after a
few turns.
