Hi all, just looking for input on code 16,,,, the other tech is down to replacing the ecm... but wants to be sure.. before he replaces it........voltage at back of alt..13.9 at battery.. 13.9 on scanner 19 to 25.. have checked for loose or dirty termainls.. no...
