Car came in on hook. No start, no fuel presure, found computor not sending 12v to relay,no check engine light, no 5v ref, and no voltage @ sensors. Checked 12v bat, and ingnition , grounds good. REplace ECM, no change in readings. 12v soleniods checked good.
