1997 Chevrolet Astro 4.3L Burns up dist. caps
Ic control voltage is .6 koeo and .9 running, At 2800 rpm voltage is 2.2 volts. Spark kv at 2800 rpm is 40k. This is burning up the distributor caps. THe code po1351 has not returned during testing and the wiggle test proves negative. Has anyone seen this? The...
