1990 Cadillac DeVille 4.5L Excessive Emissions, Poor Fuel Economy, No closed loop
Service manager's father's car failed IM240 emission test. Paying customers keep taking up my time, so I haven't been able to really dive in to this one. Here's what I've got so far... This thing is running RICH. O2 is .9+, all other scan data is within normal...
