1995 Pontiac Grand Am SE 2.3L No Start
Car was towed in a no start, cranks ok....when the key is on, the CEL flashes rapidly, and there is relay under the hood that clicks very rapidly along w/the CEL....cannot get scanner to communicate......has anyone run into this b4......any help would be great...
