1995 Buick Park Avenue Ultra 3.8L MIL Lamp on
Hi Group -- Mil light is on due to two egr codes. Cannot command egr valve to 100 percent with scanner. If I ground pin RA16 at ecm, egr is commanded to 100 percent. Also Egr valve reads 20 percent when commanded off. If I disconnect Egr harness, egr pintle po...
