1998 Buick LeSabre Limited 3.8L Surge
customer quotes that car starts to surge and tach on dash jumps from 2200 to 3500 rpm, will surge all the times and stop when car cools off. Deaalership has no answer and can't make problem happen. Possible customer quoted dearlership did not drive car..
