1998 Oldsmobile Cutlass 3.1L Surge, Cuts out, Stall, MIL Lamp on
every time the car is refueled the motor surges, stalls for about 2-3 minutes. it clears up and runs fine until more fuel is put in. as an experiment i left the motor running while fueling to see what would happen.... it stalled and was hard to restart.... hel...
