1990 Pontiac Bonneville LE 3.8L Excessive Emissions, No Start
This car failed Pa IM on Halloween, that was my clue to run screaming from it. Engine ran great, but No Communication w/MT2500. Couldn't figure IM fail w/o ecm data. SES light in dash functional, but... Followed GM A charts to get a grip; replace ECM (dealer)&...
