1991 Oldsmobile 98 Regency Elite 3.8L Hard Start
This olds has a hard start about 50% of the time, hot or cold. Whenthe problem occurs, it will crank but not start unless you hold the throttle slightly open. Owner also complains of occasional stall, but I have not experienced it. I believe the problem is IAC...
