high emmisions.

at idle with scanner on car, system checked out with 02 code. stuck lean. replaced, goes into closed loop and switches rich + lean at idle & emmisions is [...] you raise rpm to 1800 the emmisions go off the scale.(co+hc)

this is a carb engine...
