1989 Buick Century Custom 3.3L hard start in A.M.
Hello Techs. I have this Buick that came in with a hard start in A.M. After checking all electrical components I checked the fuel pressure. It was low when running (22lbs).I replaced the pump but noticed that when the key is first turned on, there is no 2 sec....
