Can't stop this vehicl from surging at idle. It surges from [...] rpms. It's been in 3 different shops. It has new IAC, TPS, o2, ECM, CTS, MAP, fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, module and pick up, 1 new injector and Motor Vac Decarb. No vacuum leaks found. ...
