1990 Chevrolet Caprice 5.7L Poor Idle Quality, Surge
Runs good with no surging when block learn is 145, after awhile block learn goes to 128 and surging begins. No vacuum leaks found / fuel pressure always good. New oxygen sensor/MAP sensor/ECM. Vehicle is a taxi with high mileage.

Video
