1990 Cadillac DeVille 4.5L Excessive Emissions, Poor Idle Quality, Cuts out, Misfire
this vehical will not accelerate & does not go faster then 350 rpm, the timing is set mechanically perfect but when I put the timing light on it,it is 90 deg. ret. data appears good except timing at 2 deg. so far i changed; distributor. dist cap& rotor new gas...
