1995 Chevrolet Impala SS 5.7L Weak VSS
Speedometer reads 0 mph at any speed until lights are turned on and then it reads accurately at all speeds. Vehicle speed sensor signal to PCM is unaffected by lights. VSS signal out of pcm to instrument cluster is weak, only 1 volt square wave with lights off...
