1986 Oldsmobile 98 Regency Brougham 3.8L High Cold Idle
Please bear with me, first time posting. Car has VERY high cold idle(3000 rpm or so.) Stays high until driven for a few miles or idled until hot AND shut off and restarted. Then goes to normal range immediately. AC operation does not affect this. Ca...
