car is a 1992 grand prix 3400 v-6.....came in with a high idle....... codes for TPS & IAC tested TPS......... seems ok replaced IAC...mitchel says to relearn computer we need a tech #1 scanner ... we have no access to this scanner . we have a SNAP-ON scann...
