1985 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham 4.1L Poor Idle Quality, Surge
I hope somebody has an answer to this problem. This vehicle came in 2 days ago with the entire ccc system going nuts.( i.e. all output circuits cycling.) Found that the ecm had gotten wet from a leaky windshield. replaced the ecm and most problems went away. t...
