This vehicle has extended crank time when cold, usually around 5 to 8 seconds. Fuel pressure dropped fast with key off, new fuel pump was installed and took care of that. KOEO pressure is 44 psi. KOER is 38 psi. CTS, MAT, TPS are all reading correctly on scann...
