1986 Buick Electra Park Avenue 3.8L Excessive Emissions, Poor Idle Quality
I wonder if any one can tell me why on these 3.8L engines when you take the oil filler cap off the engine slows down like the thing has got some kind of vacuum leak in the past pulled the manifold off changed the gasket no dif still runs the same whats up ...
