1991 Cadillac DeVille 4.9L Excessive Emissions, MIL Lamp on
This car sets a code 41 . Have followed Mitchell trouble tree and replaced hall effect sensor. HAs battery voltage on cam reference wire. Have checked wire all the way to pcm. Is this a pcm problem or a ground problem somewhere?
