1983 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham 4.1L Excessive Emissions, MIL Lamp on
Car came in after failing emmissions test. Found codes as listed, installed rebuilt computer, no codes and all readings were normal. Car was driven for one day and came back with same codes. Installed second computer and new prom and have above codes with key ...
