The problem is no 5V ref. voltage from ecm terminals C7 and C12. I replaced the ecm and still the same problem. With TPS, MAP, EGR, and coolant level sensors all disconected and ecm disconected I take a test light connected from B+ to C7 or C12 with dvom h...
