2008 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD WT 6.6L No Start, no crank
This is a no crank vehicle. I have jumped the starter relay and the vehicle will crank. All fuses have power and are good. There is no communication with the PCM. I tried a different PCM and it didn't change anything, still no communication and no crank.
