2008 Saturn Vue XE 2.4L No Start
I need help again!! Please excuse the long write up. This Vue was brought in as a crank but no start. ECM was replaced and programmed before the vehicle got to me. Other shop claimed wrong programming was done on ecm and therefore they couldn't the the imm...
