	 2001 Chevrolet Impala LS 3.8L MIL Lamp on 
		
		On the class 2 wire at the DLC voltage is fluctuating from 1 to 5 volts with key on engine running. resistance is 2.8 mohms key off. I've dropped BCM out but its hard to test at the connector with it plugged in. I can clear codes, drive it and in a 1/4 of a mi...
