2004 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 6.6L Low power
This truck has no power. Already replaced the turbo. High fuel pressure matches desired. Low fuel pressure has 2-4 hg vacuum. Smoked checked the intercooler and found no leaks. Going down the road the boost will get up to 30 psi.
