This car will not slow down until it stops. The idle speed motor will not retract on decelration. It checks OK. I've set the min. Idle to 400 rpm, and tps to 0.0...Specs are (-0.08 to 0.3)The ecm and readings check out OK too. I've also done the idle & tps...
