2001 Saturn L200 2.2L MIL Lamp on
I have this Saturn setting a P0440. Ftps v reading only 1.55v. Going through the trouble tree, with fuel cap off ftpv should read 2.3 to 2.8v. Tried a new sensor with little change. checked wiring for any kind short or open and found none. With sensor disconne...
