2001 Cadillac Catera 3.0L No Communication
I have no communication from DLC to Scan tool to communicate to PCM or TCM. I can communicate to ABS and Body Control. If I check serial data voltage on pin 7 of DLC it is 0 volts with no activity on lab scope. If I check serial data at pin 8 on DLC I see a 2....
