1980 Buick Regal 3.8L MIL Lamp on
Vehicle came in from local shop for repairs prior to Cal smog test at TEST ONLY. Mostly clean and orig looking under hood. NO ECM responses or check engine light. both ECM fuses removed. Installed, MIL lamp on constant after startup. No CLICKING heard ...
