Hello Techs, This vehicle has MIL lamp on all the time. Tested power to terminal ECM terminal C and R has battery voltage. Voltage drop to ground A and U at ECM .01v. It will flash code 12 and, code 51 with PROM removed, no light with ECM disconnected KOEO...
