1988 Buick Century Limited 3.8L Poor Idle Quality, Surge, Cuts out, Stall, MIL Lamp on
First the CEL comes on, then the engine starts to cut out,sometimes dying and not restarting for up to 20 seconds. In the scanner movie mode I noticed one or more of the following occuring when the problem occurs. BAT voltage incorrect(0v 5v 22v). PROM id ...
