2004 Cadillac CTS 3.6L Programming New PCM
We replaced the PCM with a Delco reman unit and when trying to program the PCM lots of accessories turn on and cause the programming to crash. I can't find any procedure to keep accessories from turning on or procedures of what to unplug or fuses to remove bef...
