1989 Oldsmobile Cutlass Calais 2.5L Poor Idle Quality
Well run fine all scanner reads good then the batt volts on scaner well go from 13.5 to 6.2 than ICM sticks and everything messes up where is it getting that batt volt reading ecm Bad?
