2003 Saturn Ion-1 2.2L No Start, Poor Idle Quality, Stall
Came in a few days later owner complaned of no start. Started it buy giving it a little gas. Starts and idle will rise and fall like normal, then it will rise to about 1700 RPM. Tried to do a crank cam relearn with Snap-on Modis, but the ECT reading is -18C/0F...
