1999 Chevrolet Tracker 2.0L MIL Lamp on
This Tracker came in with the check engine light on. Scanned ecm and found code P0400 in memory. This is an Egr flow code. Both 12v power supplys to Egr are good, the control ciruits work with the ECM - I tested with a labscope to check the voltage. I do not k...
