1986 Cadillac DeVille Touring 4.1L MIL Lamp on
I have this cadi. that has code f32 and I changed ecm bcm and proms. I checked wires between ecm and bcm. But i still have code f32. When I look at wire coming from ecm I get a 5v. signal on my scope. It should be a digital signal. Any help will be appreci...
