1991 Buick Riviera Luxury 3.8L No Start
Car DROVE IN for a Crankshaft balancer, replaced balancer and car would not start, has no spark and no fuel pulse....adjusted the crank sensor several times, no change. Checked crank sensor power..ok 10volts. Ground good. Scoped at sensor, has both a 18x and 3...
