1991 Chevrolet Corsica LT 3.1L Poor Idle Quality, Stall, Poor Fuel Economy
This vehicle has a digital egr vlv and the #3 vlv is always opening with KOEO or KOER. There is a voltage drop of 7 volts across #3 and yet the scan data is always showing that all 3 egr valves off. I either have a short to ground or in the ecm QDM. I chec...
