
1997 Oldsmobile Achieva S 2.4L No Start, passlock
Has anyone come across this and do you know what make it return to the ref voltage reading? I don't know if I should send the IPC back to repair or if I'm way off base and it's a commuication problem between thew PCM and the IPC
