2007 Chevrolet Monte Carlo LT 3.5L MIL Lamp on, Reduced power.
Vehicle is salvaged. Customer pulled code P2135 and replaced the TAC with one from a wrecking yard. Same code with both units. I have scoped both TPS sensors KOEO and get a good waveform and low voltages (.8V), but according to Mitchell I should see at least 4...
