1994 Pontiac Grand Am 2.3L Excessive Emissions, Poor Fuel Economy
the o2 sensor was replaced do to it not going into closed loop,did not help 02 voltage on scanner is staying at [...] the 02 is very black and staying in open [...] harness side of 02,and no change in voltage.i check voltage with koeo and it was at .9 volt...
